*24-day battery life on typical usage was tested with the watch fully charged, using factory default settings and a Chartreuse-black dial, with high-precision sleep monitoring, sleep breathing quality monitoring, all-day stress monitoring and all-day blood oxygen monitoring turned off; daily every 10 minutes heart rate detection and message notifications (100 messages, 2 calls and 3 alarms a day) turned on, with the wrist raised to engage the screen 200 times a day; manually starting the app to sync data once a day; 15 minutes of Bluetooth calls every week; and recording exercise for 90 minutes each week.
*With all-day heart rate monitoring turned on, the watch will monitor at a certain frequency throughout the day. For more details about the monitoring frequency and principle, please refer to the description in the app.

*5ATM water resistance: Redmi Watch 5 has a water resistance rating of 5ATM (equivalent to 50 meters in depth). The rating is based on the ISO 22810: 2010 standard. The test report number is 68.189.24.0556.01. The watch can be worn in swimming pools, while swimming near the shore, and during other shallow water activities. However, it cannot be used in hot showers, saunas, or while diving. Make sure to avoid direct impacts from swift currents during water sports. Water resistance is not permanent and may deteriorate over time.
*Leather and braided straps should not be worn in scenarios where they may come into contact with water or sweat such as swimming or general exercise. We recommend wearing other types of straps in such scenarios.
